Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
First off, I would like to thank you for taking a chance with my CISSP Members Portal. I have a professional day job as a network security engineer; CISSP instruction is just my hobby. The revenue that I earn from the website goes right back into hosting fees, app development, and other expenses that go into creating high-quality CISSP videos and practice questions.
Aside from making you a CISSP, your satisfaction and hard-earned money is my #1 priority because that is how I would want to be treated. I wouldn't be a CISSP instructor for 6 years with a growing platform if I didn't earn trust with past, present, and future CISSPs. Please know that cancellations and refunds will be handled with care and understanding, but I also ask the same in return.
Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription. If you forget to cancel and you were charged, we can cancel it and provide a refund within 48 hours of the last payment. All refunds are subject to a small processing fee ($1 - $3). I know life gets busy and we can forget things like CISSP subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the content of the Members Portal, please let us know within 48 hours and a refund will be provided.
